I am an ex-Bain Consultant and PE-Backed Firm Executive offering value creation, technology transformation and productivity/cost improvement services to my clients. I have extensive experience with Tech-enabled and SaaS firms both as a PE budget owner and as a Management Consultant in fast paced and demanding environments.

For the past eight years, I have reported directly to two PE-backed CEOs and have delivered more than $500M in enterprise value for our PE Investors. I led three successful post-merger integrations and supported a profitable sale of Consilio to a new PE backer in 2021 (GI Partner to Stone Point Capital).

My approach to delivery encapsulates critical thinking while rolling up my sleeves to drive execution against established targets. I do this while being an inclusive leader & mentor that builds scalable, top performing & engaged teams.

I am an operational leader and industrial "fixer" with over twenty years of experience managing the heartbeat of large-scale systems. My career is rooted in the high-stakes environments of heavy industry and finance, where I have been responsible for the health and performance of major P&Ls across a diverse range of sectors—from the precision of banking to the grit of factory floors and drilling rigs.

I have spent two decades running large-scale units where the margin for error is slim and the complexity is high.
